Our services include short-form video editing, long-form editing, podcast editing, explainer videos, motion graphics, colour grading, and end-to-end post-production management.

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon between ScaleVids and the client prior to commencement. This agreement may be communicated via email, a project brief, or a formal proposal.
Work begins only after the project brief has been approved and any required upfront payment or deposit has been received (where applicable).
We aim to deliver first cuts within the agreed timeline. Standard delivery is 48 hours for short-form content; longer timelines apply to complex or long-form projects and will be specified upfront.
We offer revisions as agreed per project or package. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated transparently before any extra work begins.
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
Delays caused by late provision of materials or feedback may affect agreed delivery dates, and ScaleVids will not be held responsible for such delays.
You retain full ownership of all footage, audio, brand assets, and other materials you provide to us. ScaleVids does not claim any ownership over your source materials.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final edited deliverables transfers to you. ScaleVids assigns all rights in the completed work to the client, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
ScaleVids may request your permission to feature completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials. We will never display your work publicly without your explicit written consent.
ScaleVids retains ownership of its proprietary editing techniques, templates, workflow processes, and internal tools used in delivering services.
Pricing is agreed on a per-project or retainer basis before work begins. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. For new clients, a deposit may be required before work commences. Final files are released upon receipt of full payment.
Invoices not settled within the agreed payment period may incur a late payment fee. ScaleVids reserves the right to pause or suspend work on active projects until outstanding balances are resolved.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds on completed or in-progress work are assessed on a case-by-case basis at ScaleVids' discretion.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. ScaleVids treats all client content, briefs, and business information as strictly confidential.
We offer formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request for projects requiring additional protection. Please raise this before project commencement.
You are responsible for ensuring that all materials you provide — including music, stock footage, images, fonts, and other third-party content — are properly licensed for the intended use. ScaleVids is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from materials provided by the client.
If we source licensed assets on your behalf (e.g. royalty-free music), the relevant licences will be documented and provided to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScaleVids shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ScaleVids for that specific project.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:
ScaleVids reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client breaches these terms, engages in abusive conduct, or requests work that is unlawful or violates third-party rights.
